A: We are a fully independent third‑party inspection provider, representing no factory’s interests. All inspectors sign a strict code of ethics and anti‑bribery commitment.
Q2: How far in advance should I book an inspection?
A: Normally, 7 days’ notice is required. For urgent orders, we can arrange inspections within 3 days.
Q3: In which language are your reports delivered?
A: Reports are provided in English by default. Chinese or bilingual versions are available upon request.
Q4: Which regions do you cover?
A: We cover all major manufacturing hubs in China, including Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Fujian, Shandong, Hebei and more.
Q5: How is your fee calculated?
A: We charge per inspector man‑day, with no additional travel fees for over 50 major manufacturing cities. The final quote depends on product type, inspection scope and factory location.
